Some frequently asked questions and information.

Q. How long will it take to complete my order?

A. All orders and products are made to order specifically for the customer so please allow up to 14 days for the order to be completed.

Q. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

A. Once you receive the confirmation that we have shipped your order please allow up to 7 days for domestic orders and up to 15 days for international orders.

Q. What glue will I need to use for the resin parts?

A. We suggest using a CA glue for assembly, the use of an accelerator can be helpful for difficult jobs.

Q. What do I need to do to prepare my parts for paint?

A. We recommend washing the resin parts in warm soapy water and letting dry thoroughly, the use of a good primer is also recommended.
